Welcome to Seenick! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seenick iOS application ("App") operated by I-Witness LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Seenick, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Seenick, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seenick. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

You may use Seenick as a guest with limited features
For full features, you need to create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission
Share misleading or dangerous location information

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Seenick
By sharing content publicly, you grant us a license to display it within the App
You are responsible for the content you share
You warrant that you have the rights to share any content you upload

3.2 Content Guidelines

Content must not:

Violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights
Contain false or misleading information about locations
Promote dangerous activities or trespassing
Include inappropriate or offensive material

⚠️ Safety Notice: Location information shared on Seenick is user-generated. Always verify safety, legality, and accessibility of locations before visiting. Respect private property and local regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Property

The Seenick App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by I-Witness LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Seenick may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Seenick is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Seenick may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

7.2 Location Information

Photography spot information is user-generated. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or legality of shared locations. Users visit locations at their own risk.

7.3 No Professional Advice

Content in Seenick is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional photography, travel, or safety advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-Witness LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Seenick.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I-Witness LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of Seenick.

10. Modifications

10.1 To the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Seenick at any time without notice.

10.2 To the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Seenick will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
